All of our hosting packages come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may cancel your account for any service related reason or performance issue within 30 days of activation and receive a full refund minus any setup fees, bandwidth usage, shipping, handling and any incurred fees. Any services that include “free domain names” will have the cost of each domain deducted prior to refund.

Our refund policy for our 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to any additional services including but not limited to domain name registration, domain name pointing, additional e-mail accounts, additional disk space, or additional data transfer. No refunds will be available after 30 days. All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email. We will send you confirmation once we receive your cancellation request. Cancellations made over the phone will not be accepted.

Accounts that are either cancelled, deactivated, and/or have services suspended for violation of our terms of service do not qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee and will not receive any refunds.
